Controlled Scrappy Star – the Center of the Color Me Creative Block of the Month Quilt

The Controlled Scrapy Star is Block Eight in this Block-of-the-Month quilt. This month you will be making (4) “controlled scrappy” blocks. Instead of using random scraps, you will be using specific colors next to each other. You will be making the center star of the quilt.
