One quilt. Six months. Endless wonder.

Enchantment is built around the stunning Midnight Petals panel from Quilting Treasures. Over six magical months, quilters will create a series of intricate borders that gradually frame and enhance the panel.
Along the way, quilters will work with floating borders, square-in-a-square blocks, half- and quarter-square triangles, flying geese, triangle-in-a-square units, and mitered borders. Clear diagrams, step-by-step instructions, and online tutorials support learning both in and out of the classroom.
Designed by Kris Driessen of PhoebeMoon Designs, a quilt designer and former shop owner who is known for creating detailed patterns that focus on helping quilters understand why each step matters, not just how to follow directions. That teaching-first philosophy is woven throughout the Enchantment program.
This program was designed for confident beginners who are ready to expand their skills. Each month introduces a new technique that builds naturally on the last, creating a clear learning progression without feeling overwhelming.
From a shop perspective, Enchantment is a true teaching program. The pattern is designed to be taken apart so each month can be handed out individually. Technique tips and teaching notes are printed on separate pages, making them easy to use during class and perfect for quilters to take home as long-term references. A shop handout with detailed teaching opportunities and demo suggestions for each month is also available.
Enchantment is more than a finished quilt. It builds confidence, encourages creativity, and creates community month after month. See the blocks in the video below. The tutorials for them are at the bottom of the page.
