Pretty in Paisley
This is a 72″ x 88″ quilt with two narrow borders. If you would like to make it smaller, just make fewer blocks. If you would like to make it larger, just add borders. Easy peasy.

- (40) Nine-Patch Blocks #1 (from Clue 2)
- (40) Nine-Patch Blocks #2 (from Clue 2)
- (80) Sashing Units (from Clue 3)
- (20) 4-1/2″ Dark Blue Ditsy squares
This block is made in three rows using the blocks you just made. Make (40) rows like the one below, matching the Nine-Patch Block # 2 orientation as shown. These are row 1, and row 3. Press the block seams toward the Nine-Patch block. These rows will measure 6-1/2 × 16-1/2″.
Make (20) rows like the one below. This is the center row. Press the block seams toward the center. These rows will measure 4-1/2 × 16-1/2″.
Reversing the direction of the bottom row, sew the three rows into a block. Double check the placement of the Nine-Patches. The Taupe Pin Drop fabric in Block #2 should be in the upper left hand corner and the lower right hand corner.
Press the row seams open. This block will measure 16-1/2″ square.
